About McGrath Appraisal

The firm provides valuation and consultation services to banks and credit unions, attorneys, municipalities, developers, and private and corporate investors throughout the Hudson Valley.
The firm’s work covers fair market valuations, litigation support, tax and assessment analysis, feasibility studies, and the valuation implications of conservation easements. Assignments span vacant land, commercial, industrial, and office properties, existing and proposed, as well as multifamily and special-use real estate.
Assignments are limited to the region where the firm maintains current familiarity with markets, transaction activity, and local conditions.
